The Themes this week are Spectator and Sportsmanship.
Ask your child the following questions about being a good Spectator:
- What does it mean to be a spectator?
- A spectator is watching an event, such as a movie, or sporting event.
- Is it okay to get up during the event anytime that you want to? Why?
- No, because you could disrupt the event and/or other spectators.
- Is it okay to talk during an event, such as a movie or play? Why?
- No, because you could disrupt the event and/or other spectators.
Ask your child the following questions about having good Sportsmanship:
- What does it mean to have good sportsmanship?
- Good sportsmanship is to play fairly and not criticize the referee or other players out loud.
- Give an example of being a poor sport.
- Give an example about being a good sport.
