School is just weeks away, and if your children physically go back to school or not, a Morning and Evening Routine are so important.
Ask your child about Morning Routines
- Ask your child to what the word “routine” means.
- Regular, a habit, or a practice.
- Ask your child what kind of things he should get done each morning, to complete his morning routine.
- Get up on time, eat breakfast, brush teeth, get dressed, get backpack and lunch, etc…
- Ask your child what you can do to help him start his new routine tomorrow.
Ask your child about Evening Routines:
- Ask your child to what the word “routine” means.
- Regular, a habit, or a practice.
- Ask your child the purpose of an evening routine.
- So you do not have so much to do in the morning.
- Ask your child what kind of things he should get done each evening.
- Bathe, make lunch or get lunch money together, ask parents to sign papers, brush teeth, lay out clothes for the next day, get backpack packed, read books, etc…
- Ask your child what you can do to help him start his new routine this evening.
